Remote Assistance

Many of our systems interfaced for computer control and automation are fitted with diagnostic data logging.  Using a simple secure communication protocol that can be set up in minutes it is possible for our engineers to interrogate and control our systems via the internet.  Use of this remote link can be invaluable tool in providing support and assistance where the user has questions about system operation.  The user retains full control of accessibility to his system at all times.

Quality Assurance Policy

Cryogenic Ltd. policy covers all activities from design, development, production, installation, servicing and documentation. It includes the regulation of the quality of raw materials, assemblies, products and components; services related to production; and management, production, and inspection processes.

Cryogenic Product Warranty

All products manufactured by Cryogenic Ltd. are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year after date of dispatch. At no expense to the purchaser, Cryogenic Ltd. will repair or replace (at our discretion) any parts which in the sole opinion of Cryogenic Ltd. prove to be defective within the scope of this Guarantee.

Option to upgrade the warranty up to 3 years is available.

Cryogenic has a philosophy to ensure that the systems delivered are installed and used correctly in order to safeguard the customer's investment. Cryogenic’s dedicated installation team, based in key locations around the world and at our Head Quarters in the UK, are hugely experienced and boasts detailed knowledge of the complete running of the system.

We have a service team in many international regions, including China, India, Japan, USA, Brazil, Sydney and Germany.

Pre-Sales Technical Support

For customers with special requirements our team of experienced physicists and engineers can design and build complex and sophisticated cryogenic systems. Recent examples include a fast ramp 7T cryogen-free magnet that can be energised at 1 Tesla/sec,  powerful vector magnet systems for XMCD measurements and dilution refrigerator systems for low temperature STM measurements.

The Cryogenic Customer Support team is committed to quickly and effectively addressing our customer’s technical and support needs. The Customer Support staff is available Monday through to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM to answer phone calls and respond to your emails. Cryogenic Ltd uses skills-based routing to ensure that specialised technical engineers are available to address your question. Technical advice is also available via e-mail and you can be certain we will make every effort to provide you with the relevant information to help with your questions.
